Over the last few years, we have witnessed a staggering decline in the number of stable companies throughout the United States, and beyond. While many companies have adopted a business strategy of mere survival, thousands of businesses have found survival unattainable and have simply closed their doors.

Since 1996, Infinity Consulting & Training, Inc. has discreetly assisted a variety of companies through their most challenging times. Of course, we’ve also guided numerous firms through the “everyday” requirements associated with running a business, but our real specialty has been with complexity, stress, and chaos. In short, we’ve been there to help, by choice, when companies have needed help the most.

Since its inception, Infinity Consulting & Training, Inc. has discreetly assisted a variety of companies through their most challenging times. Whether it has been a partnership that no longer worked, a family feud threatening the existence of the business, a poorly planned or ill-advised system implementation, or some other crisis heading toward an absolute catastrophe, we’ve been there to help guide our client’s through the storm. While we’ve also guided numerous firms through the “everyday” requirements associated with running a business, our real specialty has been with complexity, stress and chaos. In short, we’ve been there to help, by choice, when companies have needed help the most.

To better understand who we are, here is a brief chronology of Infinity’s evolution:

1996 – Infinity Consulting & Training was founded by Jim Lange. The company’s mission was to provide business solutions and educational services for small to mid-sized companies that improved the quality of life of individuals, companies and communities.

2000 – Infinity shifted its focus from emerging and/or successful businesses to distressed and/or failing companies requiring turnaround expertise. While this shift reflected ownership’s desire to be more helpful to those in need, Infinity’s core competencies still rested in strategic and transition management, general sales, and customized training programs.

2004 – Alex Lange joined Infinity, allowing the company to expand its service offering to include Information Technology consulting services, project management for large, complex corporate initiatives or system implementations, HR consulting, and compliance and regulatory services.

2006 – The Infinity team was expanded with the addition of marketing, communications, and branding expertise, as well as accounting services.
