Alex Lange is Infinity Consulting & Training’s co-owner with overall responsibility for the development of the company's project management, compliance, and HR consulting services offering. She specializes in executive-level process management and re-engineering, efficiency enhancement, and all aspects of project management including: vendor selection/management, change management, system implementations and conversions, process improvement, quality assurance, and training development and delivery. With 15 years of expertise in implementing and enhancing client’s usage of UltiPro HRMS, Alex oversees the firm’s UltiPro HRMS consulting services.
Prior to joining Infinity, Alex was employed from 1998 to 2004 by EPIX, the largest privately held professional employer organization (PEO) in the US. She served as the Director of Special Projects and then subsequently promoted to VP of Quality and Compliance, responsible for ensuring all aspects of quality in systems, processes, and people. Alex brings to Infinity 30 years of management experience in service-oriented industries. Her work has included providing executive-level project management on key projects including implementation of large software applications in the HR outsourcing, healthcare, education, and mortgage banking industries; conversion from paper-based to electronic document storage; coordination of all operational, financial, regulatory, and legal aspects of a corporate reorganization.
Alex holds a Masters degree in business from the University of South Florida.
