Jim Lange is the founder and President of Infinity Consulting & Training, Inc., founded in May of 1996. He is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and for all interactions with clients, associates and other stakeholders. Jim is Infinity's primary decision maker and policy maker, setting the tone for the company's values, ethics and culture. Jim’s professional work has focused on strategic management, development of leadership skills, organizational enhancements, and sales and marketing initiatives.  His real specialty has been in turning around under-achieving organizations, and providing positive results where others have failed.

Prior to founding Infinity Consulting & Training, Jim was the National Sales Manager responsible for reinvigorating the national sales program for an HVAC equipment division of a $250m manufacturer with primary responsibility for recruiting, hiring, and motivating 122-office rep network.

Jim brings to Infinity over 35 years of management experience in both the manufacturing and sales sectors. He lends a diverse combination of business strategy, brand strategy and culture change experience to his role as corporate advisor. His work has included providing strategic management services to firms in the engineered products, home design, fire suppression, analytics, and commercial construction industries.  He has provided private executive coaching and mentoring to numerous business owners and executives, repositioning a foreign-based manufacturer’s US operation by doubling revenue in less than 24 months, developing and implementing a theft prevention program saving two companies over 100K each, annually.

In the immediate aftermath of Haiti’s January 12, 2010, earthquake, Jim founded Haiti Recovery and Development Company (HR&DC).Jim is also the author of the book, The Commercial Construction Cookbook: From Suits to Nuts, and has authored various papers and workshops.
